Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup crush graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup salted, creamy peanut butter
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 9 oz dark chocolate, melted or milk chocolate

Instructions

  • Grease an 8x8 baking tin and line with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine graham crackers, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and melted butter. Stir until mixture turns to wet sand. Pour mixture into prepared baking tin. Freeze for at least 20 minutes, or until peanut butter center is firm. Remove from freezer and cut into 12-16 bars.
  • Melt dark chocolate in microwave. Dip bars one at a time in chocolate, until fully coated. Remove any excess chocolate and place bars on parchment paper. Freeze bars for another 15-20 minutes.
OPTIONAL - after chocolate layer hardens, you can drizzle more chocolate over the bars.
  • Top with flaky sea salt (optional). Enjoy!
