A delicious and healthy green smoothie with island flavors.

Equipment

  • blender

Ingredients

  • 2 cups 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 cups spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup mango chunks
  • 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 tbsp coconut pieces
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (I used Bob's Red Mill)
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds (I used Bob's Red Mill)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ice

Toppings

  • 2 tbsp granola

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. 
  • Pour into two glasses. Top with granola (I used Bob's Red Mill) and serve. Enjoy!
